How this website uses your information

CONFIRM: solicitor review before 1 December launch

This notice covers the explorilla.app website. The app has its own policy: Explorilla app privacy policy.

Who we are. Camp Explorilla Press is the data controller for your information. Contact: privacy@explorilla.app.

Launch emails. If you give us your email address, we store it with the date you signed up and the date you confirmed. We use it only to tell you about the Explorilla app launch and the book. We ask you to confirm by email first, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Addresses are stored in Cloudflare's D1 database and emails are sent by Resend. We delete an address when you unsubscribe CONFIRM: retention.

Buying the Founding Edition. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your name, email, delivery address and card details; we never see your card. We use your order details to send your book (through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment) and your app code. CONFIRM: retention period for orders

Analytics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. This site sets no cookies.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
