Explorilla terms of use
Explorilla is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA published by Apple for apps on the App Store). These notes set out how the Explorilla Family plan works. This page is for grown-ups.
Free to start
Explorilla is free to download. Every child can play a number of free questions each day, in every subject and every game. Progress and rewards work the same with or without a plan.
The Explorilla Family plan
The family plan removes the daily limit for up to four children on each device where it is used, and can be shared with your family through Apple's Family Sharing. Plans and prices are shown only in the app's parent area, behind a grown-up question and the parent PIN.
The yearly plan includes a free trial for new subscribers where the App Store says you are eligible. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. A lifetime plan, when offered, is paid once and does not renew.
Refunds, restoring and changes
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. To use a plan on another device, open the parent area there and choose "Restore purchases". If a plan ends or is refunded, nothing your child has earned is taken away; only the daily limit returns.
Privacy
Explorilla keeps everything on the device and sends nothing to us. We never see payment details or who bought a plan. See the privacy policy.
